Cary Paige | Managing Partner
Graduated with a BA in Marketing from the University of Florida in 1985, Cary came to Ponte Vedra Beach with Cary Hart to open Aqua Grill in 1988. He stayed with the company until 1994, when he left Ponte Vedra to pursue other business ventures outside of the industry. Cary returned to Aqua Grill in 2004 as the General Manager then Managing Partner. His passion for excellence, knowing that each guest has a memorable experience, and ensuring that the restaurant never rests on it laurels, is Cary’s philosophy to the continued success for the Aqua Grill.
Tara Bisogno | Manager
Tara Bisogno has been working in the food and beverage industry in Jacksonville for 25 years. Starting at Deercreek Country Club in 1986, she was then offered the position of Food and Beverage director at Oakbridge Country Club in 1993, where she worked until 2005. Tara joined the Aqua Grill team in 2006 as the dining room manager. Tara’s dedication to the guest and their dining experience is what gives her the greatest job satisfaction.
Angela Jernigan | Manager
A native of Jacksonville Beach, Angela received her Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of North Florida. She has been working in management for the service industry for the past 14 years. She returned to Jacksonville in 2000 after spending six years in San Diego, California working for an independent operator. Angela joined the Aqua Grill team in 2001 as a server and was quickly promoted to Front of House Manager. Angela believes that the guests’ positive dining experience is her priority.
